Refund Policy

  • 60 days from shipping date for full refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. 
  • Customers pay return shipping. 
  • If your items arrive with a flaw, please send us a photo, and we'll replace them at no cost within 30 days of the shipping date. 
  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. 

Shipping Policy

We offer free pickup in Chester at Mercantile on Duke, and at our Halifax location on Agricola Street.

We offer flat-rate shipping, and prices vary by location. We can ship to the US and some international locations. Choose your shipping method during checkout.

We primarily use ICS Courier for our domestic shipping. Shipping methods can vary by postal code. It could be UPS, Purolator, or FedEx. Because we use couriers, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Courier services do not have access to Canada Post mailboxes or mail forwarding addresses.

On the rare occasion, we will ship with Canada Post if your address is extremely remote.

If you need your package shipped by Canada Post, please let us know at the time of ordering.
